Our vendors range from gear makers and vehicle outfitters to artists, craftsmen, and service providers who live and breathe the lifestyle.
A vendor ticket includes space to showcase your products, services, or work directly to attendees throughout the event. This isn’t a high-pressure trade show environment — it’s a relaxed, community-driven gathering where conversations happen organically around campfires, vehicles, and shared experiences.
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own vehicles, displays, and setups that reflect their brand and integrate naturally into the event atmosphere. Power is limited, so self-contained setups are recommended.
You’ll receive detailed logistical information as the event approaches, including load-in times, setup guidelines, and on-site expectations. Our goal is to create an environment where vendors feel like participants, not outsiders — and where meaningful connections come first.
