The Pilgrimage is built around community, cooperation and information. The routes we provide in the maps for the event are pre-run every year and color-coded by difficulty.

Some maps also will include YELLOW lines which indicate a recommended route between Class 4 trails. These are typically main or secondary roads.

It doesn’t take much to have fun at The Pilgrimage. However it is important to be prepared. Here are some general guidelines on how to prepare for your weekend in Vermont.
This isn’t a contest, it’s what you make of it. Enjoy the foliage and local charm of Vermont from Greens all weekend if you like or do a combination as you build up your confidence.
